We’re especially interested in partnering with founders or owners who are ready to transition and want to see their business continue to thrive under thoughtful, capable leadership. We understand that every owner’s goals are unique and are open to a range of post-transaction roles—whether stepping into a key operating position, staying on through a short- or long-term transition, or exiting after a well-structured succession plan.
